Simplify and smoothen the customer service process by clarifying the user interface. Make information more transparent while increasing costumer’s trust in the app and allowing them to have a better shopping experience.
When there is an unusual problem that exists in my order in Ubereats, I want to report this issue and have an efficient conversation with the customer service team, so I can get the problem resolved smoothly.
